WAIHI beach day

A great day was had today at Waihi beach.  Big thank you to the Surf Lifesaving team at Waihi Beach.

Graduation 2015

It is that time of the year again - our graduation for Year 7 and 8's!  This year we are having it slightly early on the 8th December.  It is a evening where you and your parents come along to have a dance or few!
This year the girls need to bring a plate that is savoury - sausage rolls, sandwiches, cheese and crackers etc   and boys need to bring a sweet plate - cakes, slices, chocolate treats etc.
Any questions around the night please come and see Miss Wilson, Mr Spicer, Mrs Horan or Mrs Corrigan.

Friday - Make A Wish day

MAKE A WISH DAY 23RD OCT

This Friday we are participating in Make A Wish day.  We get to dress up in anything we want to be..maybe a fairy, an astronaut, a nurse  or a superhero.  Your gold coin donation will go toward the MAKE-A-WISH foundation that grant wishes for Kiwi kids who are living with life threatening medical conditions.
I look forward to seeing what we are dressed like

Odd Shoe Day

Last Friday it was Odd Shoe Day at Stanley Ave.  We were raising money for Camp Quality and the school raised a total of $350.  We had some great looking odd shoes as well as ODD clothing - onesies were a popular item of clothing.

The New Playground - our first experience

On Friday, the orange tape came down and we were allowed to have our first experience on the brand new playground.  We all had a go, even the teachers!
